“Are we ready for Shabbat? Yes, we are! Yes, we are!” Every Friday, you can hear our Little Leos sing out these lines with our incredible music teacher, Kayla Goren, as they set the table for Shabbat. Little Leo’s SHAKE IT and BAKE IT program brings the joy of Shabbat and Jewish holidays alive for toddlers. Through music, movement, themed activities and crafts, our Little Leos learn about meaningful rituals and traditions at the heart of Judaism.
Each week, we bring in Shabbat through beautiful songs and blessings. With the help of grandparents, parents and caregivers, our Little Leos braid their own challah, which they take home to bake and enjoy. They learn about Jewish holidays through engaging stories and hands-on activities. Our Little Leos experience a range of multi-sensory activities that nurture their creativity and help them develop their Jewish identity.
Shabbat is a uniquely special time to celebrate, pause, and connect. Come join us on Fridays for SHAKE IT and BAKE IT.
