The Leo Baeck Day School stays strong and continues to grow because of the generosity of its donors.
Like every thriving independent school, Leo Baeck relies on private support from its stakeholders – parents, grandparents, graduates, and friends from the community at large – who share the school’s vision and are committed to its mission.
The top priorities of our 2017-18 Annual Campaign are:
School’s Greatest Need Fund
Funds major priorities not covered by the operating budget to ensure the school has the flexibility to embrace innovative opportunities as they arise.
Security Enhancement Fund
Focuses on the safety and security of our children and helps ensure we have the resources required to continuously update our security preparedness.
Funds innovative, high tech programs in math and science and provides supplemental tools like tablets and laptops that empower our students with the skills and confidence to excel in the 21st century.
Student Services Fund
Provides support in the areas of Enrichment and Remediation to allow our students to reach their greatest potential. Our focus this year will be on providing additional social and emotional resources to enhance our Health and Wellness programming.
Tuition Assistance Fund
We don’t want any child to miss out on a Jewish education. Help fund children who would not be here without your donation. Our school’s mission is to be a nurturing community; your contribution to this fund is a meaningful expression of that mission.
The New North Fund
Ensures that our North Campus’ transition to its new home at the Lebovic Campus includes the most modern upgrades in educational materials and environment.
Holocaust Education Fund
Connecting future generations through Holocaust Education and special programs.
Health & Wellness Fund
Allows us to expand our existing resources by hiring a full time guidance counsellor or social worker to support our students’ social and emotional needs at school for the 2017-18 school year.
